Scheduling Appointments
Online scheduling is available 24/7 at your convenience from the website and social media pages of Nailzby_Tori on Instagram and Facebook. I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to schedule appointments in a timely fashion. If you have any questions in regards to a specific service, please call for clarity before scheduling an appointment- DO NOT TEXT OR DM ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
Due to limited availability, once you have scheduled, I will only be able to provide you with the service you have requested. I DO NOT OFFER SOAK OFFS/REMOVAL FOR NAIL ENHANCEMENT PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY APPLIED. If you currently have on nail enhancements from another salon, please have them removed prior to your scheduled appointment.
upon your arrival
Please wait in your car until your time of service. Due to recent COVID-19 enforcements, we no longer have a waiting area at this time, and for safety, we do not allow you to stand in the hallways or wait inside the suite. You will be called and personally greeted at the door when ready.
You will ONLY be able to bring in your phone, keys, and method of payment that will fit into a Ziploc bag. EVERYTHING ELSE IS PROHIBITED (NO purses, totes, jackets, water jugs/cups, laptops,etc.)! This is to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to create a smooth workflow within the suite.
You will also be required to answer a COVID-19 questionnaire and have your temperature checked before entering the suite.
You are required to wear a mask at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS! You are encouraged to bring a reusable mask if you have one. If not, a disposable one will be provided to you for an additional $3.00.
If receiving a pedicure, please wear/bring your flip flops inside (thong sandals are preferred).
No Show/Cancellation Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to schedule, and a $1 hold will be placed on the card until the close of your current appointment. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED! The card information is valid for a single appointment only and must be re-entered for every appointment scheduled. This is to protect you from any unauthorized purchases that may occur onto the card you have entered. The card will ONLY be charged by the business for same day cancellations and no shows.
Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled by the close of business 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment time will be considered as a same day cancellation. All same day cancellations and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you must cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please do so no later than the close of business of the day prior to your scheduled nail appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
*Any violators of enforced COVID-19 policies and guidelines will be asked to leave and charged as a same day cancellation per policy.
Late Policy
In an effort to maximize your nail experience, I ask that you arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. A 15 minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive after the grace period, you will be marked as a no show and will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your scheduled service.
No Children/ No Entourage Policy
Due to limited spacing, a strict no children-no entourage policy is enforced. Only individuals who have appointments scheduled will be permitted to enter the service area. Also, I do no offer nail services to children under the age of 16.
NO CELL PHONE USE
You also will not be permitted to use phones or smartwatches during service, FOR ANY REASON, for the exception for payment at the end of service. This is to ensure the timeliness and efficiency of the appointment itself, and to limit the spread of germs that may exist on the surface of the device. Though you may bring your phone with you, it will be required to place it a plastic bag along with your form of payment and sat aside.
Food and Drink Policy
No food or drinks may be consumed in the salon.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Only valid credit/debit cards, Zelle transactions, and cash payments will be accepted. NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED!
All balances under $100 that are paid with debit or credit cards will be charged a $2.00 convenience fee. Any balance over $100 that is paid with a debit or credit card will be charged a $5.00 convenience fee. If you pay your balance with the card saved on file, you will be charged a $5.00 convenience fee. No additional fees will be added to Zelle and Cash payments.
