Online scheduling is available 24/7 at your convenience from the website and social media pages of Nailzby_Tori on Instagram and Facebook. I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to schedule appointments in a timely fashion.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to schedule, and a $1 hold will be placed on the card until the close of your current appointment. The card information is valid for a single appointment only and must be re-entered for every appointment scheduled. This is to protect you from any unauthorized purchases that may occur onto the card you have entered. The card will ONLY be charged by the business for same day cancellations and no shows.
Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled by the close of business 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment time will be considered as a same day cancellation. All same day cancellations and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you must cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please do so no later than the close of business of the day prior to your scheduled nail appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
In an effort to maximize your nail experience, I ask that you arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. A 15 minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive after the grace period, you will be marked as a no show and will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your scheduled service.
No Children/ No Entourage Policy
Due to limited spacing, a strict no children-no entourage policy is enforced. Only individuals who have appointments scheduled will be permitted to sit in the service area.
Food and Drink Policy
No food or drinks may be consumed in the salon.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
All balances paid with debit or credit cards will be charged a $2.00 processing fee. Cash payments are also accepted.
